Bugs Party Venue Packages 2026
Our Bugs Party Venue offers an all-inclusive, stress-free party experience designed to create unforgettable memories for both kids and adults. With a spacious outdoor area featuring a playground, bike track, sandpit, jungle gyms, trampoline, and even an animal corner, children are free to explore and enjoy a variety of activities. The venue also includes an undercover lapa for seating, with an indoor classroom available for rainy days, fully equipped with toys and entertainment. Our packages provide everything you need—from kids’ tables, themed décor, and catering setups to refreshments for adults, along with a dedicated assistant and on-site security.
Rules
No smoking or alcohol is permitted on the property.
No music systems or DJ equipment is allowed on the premises.
A R500 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Balance to be settled strictly 5 days before the day of the party.
The R500 deposit will be paid back on the Monday after the event if no damages, school property taken
or staying over time.
Leaving time is strictly 12:30pm for morning party and 5pm for afternoon party.

Bugs Party Venue Packages 2026
Basic Package: R2000
Venue hire: 9am-12am or 1:30pm-4:30pm (30 mins set up time before and clean up time after)
Venue consists of outside area (playground, bike track with bikes, sandpit, jungle gyms, wendy house, trampoline, animal corner and much more!)
+Undercover lapa for tables and chairs. Indoor class room available (will be set out with toys, lego, dress up etc), only if
raining. Access to kitchenette with microwave and fridge/freezer, and a bathroom
Kids tables and chairs for 20 kids. Plastic cups and plates (colour coded with theme)
4 adult tables (for catering/dining) and 30 adult chairs (2 more small tables available if needed). Coffee, tea, sugar, milk (3 litres) and urn as well as purified water in jug, cups, glasses and small side plates for 30 adults. 2 Big plastic tubs for beverages (please bring own ice).
An assistant to help set up and clean up and a security guard to allow people in and watch cars.
Decorating Package 1: R1000
Kids chair covers, ties and table cloths with runners (colour coded to theme). A colour coded balloon on a stick behind every kiddies chair, with theme foil balloon (if possible, otherwise Happy Bday foil balloon) behind birthday child's chair. Balloons behind chairs to be taken home. Variety of coloured plastic bowls, buckets etc for kiddies snacks.
Tablecloths for trestle tables. Colour coded. 2 Cake stands, 2 cupcake stands, a variety of bowls and snack plates for
eats to choose from. Cake knife and servers.
Decorating lapa area: 2 Balloon stands with colour coded balloons, bunting flags, Chinese lanterns, Happy Birthday banner. *School's property, not to be taken home.
